Festival Upcycled Body Wear
Body Jewellery is the ultimate statement piece.
This was actually a necklace that one of our team members donated because it didn't wear well. It was the sort of piece that looked gorgeous in a photo, then three steps later was a tangled knotted mess. We fixed that issue by turning it into a bodywear piece that was just screamed festival wear.
While that fixed the issue of making the piece more wearable. The necklace had suffered some scratches and surface wear from all of its tangled. We fixed it with our favourite method. A new face of our homegrown and harvested black-dyed Kombucha Leather. The black gives the body jewellery a tribal look that just screams Festival.
That being said, we can see this bodywear dressing up a red cocktail dress in a beautiful and unique way. You're only limited by your creativity.
Working with Up-cycling
Please keep in mind that, while we make every effort to ensure the quality of the pre-loved jewellery that we select for repurposing (from disinfection at intake to when the new product leaves our hands), working with upcycled products does leave us with elements we can't control. We would love to guarantee the quality of our steel, strength of the links ect, (and if we ever can we will be thrilled to list that in the description above) however due to the nature of working in this area, that is not always possible.
Product Specifications
This piece, like all of our made to wear work, is created by repurposing unwanted, discarded and damaged jewellery and combining it with our hand-dyed Vegan Kombucha Leather to breathe new life into what was previously junk destined for the waste bin. We also use resins to ensure that your new piece has the best possible extended experience.
All photography is done by our small team. We do our absolute best to ensure that the photo's that make it to the website shows the product as accurately as possible and for that reason do minimal editing. That said, we are not professional photographers, and colours may vary.Return Policy
